Sometimes you need a gentle nudge to move your life in a different direction. You need to develop a plan to turn a dream into reality. You need a professional partner who can motivate and encourage you. At Positive Life Decisions, we help Baby Boomers like you confidently follow their dreams, whether in their career or in active retirement.
A life coach is trained to work with a client on a particular issue, ask compelling questions to delve into why the individual is struggling with the issue, and in partnership with the client, develop a plan of action to make desired changes. A retirement life coach can help you make a successful transition to retirement so those years are fulfilling and challenging. A life coach is your ally, advocate and conscience keeping you on track to achieve your goals.
As the founder of Positive Life Decisions and a certified life coach, Connie Challingsworth helps Baby Boomers discover who they are as they revitalize dreams and discover passions. She partners with clients to design a plan that moves them toward the life they truly want to live. Connie offers one-on-one coaching and workshops as well as on-site, non-financial retirement planning programs for companies so they can ensure that Baby Boomer employees retain a high level of productivity and loyalty, support valued employees so they remain in the workplace, and help transition employees who wish to look outside the business arena for retirement options.
Connie Challingsworth holds several certifications accredited by the International Coaching Federation including: Certified Life Coach through Coach Training Alliance; Certified ReCareer Coach through ReCareer, Inc.; and Certified Retirement Coach through Retirement Options, Inc. She also is a Too Young to Retire Certified Facilitator through Too Young to Retire. Connie holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA, and has more than 30 years of experience in business, many of which were spent in the pharmaceutical industry.
